I recently stayed at La Pergola in Arcachon for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, with everything in excellent condition. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - when I requested a slice of lemon for my breakfast, the owner went out of their way to bring one back for me. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful restaurants and the stunning beach. The parking arrangements in the local underground car park were excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This did not affect my overall experience too much. I also noticed that the noise from neighboring rooms, particularly when a toilet was flushed or a tap was turned on, could be quite disturbing.
